Short Week

My brother Sam is getting hitched on Saturday, so that means I only have to plan meals from Monday - Thursday!

Also of note: my hubby and I are doing a no pop/no sugar goal for the month of September. I hope to also get more fruits and veggies in our diet.

MONDAY - Mexican - Chicken Enchiladas (Low Fat)

TUESDAY - Grill - Hamburgers, baked beans, cantaloupe

WEDNESDAY - Pork Salad with cilantro dressing (cafe rio style)

THURSDAY - Italian - Chicken Alfredo with tomatoes
